Elizabeth (Liz) is a life long student of the healing arts and is driven by a desire to alleviate suffering. She is equally intrigued by both the science and art of healing, blending her scientific and intuitive knowing to meet the needs of each unique client.
Liz holds a bachelor degree in both nursing and kinesiology. She left her role as a pediatric registered nurse in 2009 to explore more “upstream” medicine - looking for ways to help prevent dis-ease rather than respond to it. This led her to reiki, relaxation massage and yoga. She has been working as a bodyworker, reiki master/teacher and yoga teacher for over ten years while also raising three children.
She is currently in her final year of massage school at the Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy, and is loving expanding her skill set from relaxation massage to therapeutic clinical massage.
Outside of work and family life, Liz loves to garden, read, hike, swim and sauna.
